listing to enhance showing, and, if required, advise you on how to best showcase your home.
Review information on local property market conditions and prepare and present your Competitive Market Analysis
(CMA). Agree on list price and listing agreement provisions.
Take photographs of key features - interior and exterior. Review floor plan and obtain measurements.
Prepare home brochure highlighting key property features for Realtors/customers.
Input data into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and all pertinent websites, newspapers, and real estate books, and
TV 3 Realty Showcase program.
Install lockbox with key allowing access to property by other Realtors.
Install an ERA Kline & May Realty for sale yard sign on front lawn with brochure box and a Home Voice sign allowing
drive-bys to call for direct information on your home.
Make oral presentation to ERA Realtors and schedule ERA Realtors walk through.
Hold Open Houses and a Realtors Open House.
Follow up with agents who have shown your property to their clients and report feedback back to you in a timely
manner.
Provide you with weekly progress on the showings, changes in market conditions, and any details/changes on current
or new competition.
After 30 days, review market conditions and pricing and any other pertinent property information. Determine and
implement changes needed.
Repeat the sales marketing process and required to obtain purchase offers.
Provide you with all necessary assistance at all stages from contract, negotiations, to settlement.
